Refund policy

Events like the Desperado Dual take months of careful planning to make them happen. Permits, advertising, insurance and supplies must all be paid for well in advance of the event. When you enter the event we are planning for you to be there and we purchase all the of things required to take care of you. In rural Utah much of what we need is not available locally and we must go ouside of the area to find the items we need. Your entry fees are already spent well before the day of the event. Therefore, it is our policy not to offer refunds of entry fees or other items purchased. We hope you understand our policy on this issue. If you have an emergency or other unusual situation please contact us. We can usually find a way to work something out.

Entry transfers

If you find that you are unable to attend the event for some reason you may transfer your entry to another rider. Please email us for instructions on how to transfer an entry. There will be a $10 transfer charge.

Lost or forgotten items

We will do our best to return any personal items left at the event. Please check to make sure you have collected all of your gear before leaving the event. If we must ship your items we ask that you pay for the shipping expenses. We are not responsible for any items lost or misplaced during the event.
